Finally, the EPA and fluoride have had their day in court! After a 7-year legal battle trying to bring light to the health risks of consuming fluorinate water, Senior Judge Edward Chen stated: The Court finds that fluoridation of water at 0.7 milligrams per liter (“mg/L”) – the level presently considered “optimal” in the United States – poses an unreasonable risk of reduced IQ in children…the Court finds there is an unreasonable risk of such injury, a risk sufficient to require the EPA to engage with a regulatory response. (emphasis mine) Fluoride has been commonly added to public water supplies across America and many other countries, ever since the city of Grand Rapids, Michigan started doing so in 1945. and dental products to prevent tooth decay. While very low levels of fluoride may be beneficial for dental health, growing evidence suggests that excessive or long-term fluoride exposure may pose significant health risks. Here’s why fluoride is considered harmful when consumed in higher quantities: 1️⃣ Skeletal Fluorosis
2️⃣ Dental Fluorosis
3️⃣ Thyroid Suppression
4️⃣ Cognitive Impairment and IQ Reductions
5️⃣ Endocrine Disruption
6️⃣ Kidney Stress
7️⃣ Accumulation in the Body
While fluoride has been credited with reducing cavities, its potential long-term effects on human health are evident. From cognitive impairment and thyroid dysfunction to skeletal and dental fluorosis, excessive fluoride exposure poses a variety of risks. And at the end of the day, cavities are not caused by fluoride deficiency, so there's no logical reason to put it in drinking water.

I’ve always had a love/hate attitude towards “detox” programs. I hate all the nonsense out there. Gimmicky programs, confusion about what constitutes detox, extreme and unnecessary approaches like water fasts and juice cleanses. The belief that every reaction to something is a "detox reaction." In a short time, you can experience: Improved energy levels Mental clarity...
